Our Cultures

Kia Ora, My class has been working on a drawing of our cultures. We had to put a photo of ourselves on it and our country flag. I think it was fun!  Where are you from? So here it is:
Have you been to the Sky Tower? I have it was super fun!!!! 😃😃

Next time I think I would like to change a couple of things or add some more things to make it look pretty. Byeeeeeeeee

    Hi Emalea, my name is Manea in Te waka Ako at Waikowhai Primary School. I really enjoyed reading about what you had to do because I would want to do the same thing. Maybe next time you could add some information about what the things on your drawing means to you. Other than that I really enjoyed your blog post.     Kia ora Emalea, Yes! I have been to the sky tower. In fact I have been there a few times. I went there when I was 10 with my little brother who was 5 at the time. He jumped super hard on the glass and then a crowd of people gathered around him and applauded! Were you brave enough to do that? I definitely was not.
    I really like how you have added lots of pictures that sum up your culture. It tells me a lot about you. I also really like that you have identified your next steps. I agree, add more colours! You know how much we love colours!
    Thanks for sharing, would be a cool activity to try out in Ngakaunui one day :)

    Hey Emalea,
    It is really cool to see your google drawing about your culture. I think mine would look quite similar. I am from Christchurch, but lived in Auckland and Malaysia. I have been to the Skytower so many times! I have never been brave enough to jump off it though!
    I think I would also add a chicken roast to my picture because that is something that we do as a family on Sunday's and it is a kiwi thing to do!
    What do you mean by change something to make it more pretty? What would you change?

    Kia ora Emalea its Aliyah t is really cool to see your google drawing about your culture. I have been to the Sky Tower a couple of times! I have never been brave enough to jump off it though. Good job
